Game Description
Ahoy and shiver me timbers! Become a pirate captain as you amass fortune and pirate fame on a ship of your own. Assemble your team of sea-worthy scoundrels and sail off in search of adventure. This updated take on a Sid Meier classic lets you experience all the thrills of life on the high seas. Play pirate-themed mini-games including Sword Fighting, Dancing, and two Wii-exclusives: Bombardment and Lock Picking. Collect treasure maps, fight thrilling open-sea battles, and laugh in the face of danger. Of course, you wouldn't be a pirate if you couldn't have a little fun at the expense of the local landlubbers whenever you visit a new port.

I played the original xbox version and ii think that this does a very good job of imitating it. A classic free roam game that is very fun.more
