Good graphics, lots of civs to choose from, many buildings/units to build. All and all a ok game. The only thing I didnt like was that you could not choose the victory conditions.Good game I just wish you could choose the victory conditions.
Sid Meier has done it again. If you were a fan of any World Domination game on the PC in the late 90's and early 2000's then you love this "lite" version of a classic franchise. Sid has designed this slimmer version from the ground up using everything he has learned from his Civ games of the past. The concept is simple: Rise from early man to dominate the world using Domination, Technology, Riches, or Culture. Having smaller maps, less opponents, and slimmed down city management compared to past Civ games; this game may seem a like "weaker board game" of the classic. But with Revolution's quicker pace, it makes each game feel like less of a "work simulation" which would keep PC games lasting days. The main features that Revolution adds to the series are "fun" graphics, online multiplayer, and achievements which all lead to a higher replay value compared to past Civ games on the computer. A must buy for Sid Meier fans. And a rent for all else looking to take on the world against the greatest leaders of our time.
