Graphics are great, and characters are charming. Controls are relatively easy to pick up. However, minor tasks necessary to continue one's progress are not always immediately obvious; so don't expect this game to "baby-sit" your little children for you. Speaking of little children, conscientious parents should be warned: this game is kind of mean. Brutalizing smaller creatures is the primary activity throughout. Start by smashing snails (who've been minding their own business) in order to harvest their eyes as snacks for your journey. Later, capture a bunch of fairies for a leprechaun who enslaves them for use as light bulbs. The list goes on, but I think you get the point.
