i walked into this with a hmm might be decent attitude i walked out of it with a holy ____ that was good attitude im writing this as im playing my 3 rd playthrough trying to get every ending bfor i send it back lol.
hmm what to say if your the kind of person who likes strategy rpgs or just a game with an amazing not set in stone story then this is for you out of the two ending s ive done both were widly diferent from each other and in three playthoughs i still have enough interesting content to run into that im not at the point of feeling like i finished it all lol.
theres a variety of ways to progress through this game most youll miss as the game has a great way of making you feel like what you did is the only way youu could have done it to give you this feel of the story progressing in the way you if you were the charecter would have it go.
all in all great game worth renting actually worth buying to if ytou find it there reminds me why i bought a ds in the first place and makes me wish somthing like oh i dont know my wii would have random treasured gems like this lol

devil survivor has a good story and very suspenseful as you try to defy fate. but my six rating has to deal with the fight system its turn based but its seems like your being over powered with so many enemies on each lvl. The leveling system is kind of annoying which gives you one point for your main which makes the game tedious. I did not play enough to see if weps but for the most part its a ok game. love the characters. Fun but felt i was thinking to much

Very Good

Pretty good, but too challenging.

What the game lacks in a stable learning curve it makes up for with an awesome plot and character development.

If you're an expert at Strategy/RPG games then there's no reason why this game shouldn't be a 10 out of 10 for you, but for the rest of us this game gets way too hard on the Bel battles and some endings take way too long to get.

Still, there's no reason why you shouldn't play most of the game and then stop when the battles get too hard. All the endings are available on youtube, and unless you somehow want to play the game a good 5 times to get all of them yourself, you'd probably end up doing that anyways.

I got in a good two weeks of casual gaming time before I put it down, so it's definitely worth a rent, if not a buy if you actually want to get all the endings yourself.
