Not bad... But... Kinda dull story-wise. The battle graphics and stuff are a bit of a drag... i didnt really want to waste my time trying to beat this game... I would go for a persona (Specifically 3) game if u want a Shin Megami Tensei game.

Depending on what you expect from an RPG I would recommend this game.

If you care primarily about a decent storyline then you'll probably enjoy the game.

I like a balance between gameplay and story, and I found the gameplay pretty boring. I'm generall a fan of tactical style battles, but the skills of each character is limited so you'll mostly be just walking up to your enemies and hitting them which pretty unexcited and doesn't require any skill.

If they had input a decent battling system I probably would have given this game a near perfect score but the gameplay really ruined it for me.

This... is definitely a survivor game, hence the title. The plot and story line are easy to fall into and exciting, yet the long periods of back and forth banter can make an active gamer fall asleep, and the long, I repeat, LONG battle sequences can become tiresome. I'm a fast paced gamer, and the "Death Clock" made me excited and scared. "I don't wanna die!!" There are some aspects of the game that keeps you on the edge of your seat, and others that make you want to fall asleep.

Moving onto graphics and such, the opening scene is exciting and the graphics are wonderful!! Again, the battle sequences can be improved. The music pushed my DSi's abilities to the fullest and I love that! There is almost constant music that fits in with the mood of the story. This, in fact, is a plus on the battle sequences! I loved the punk/pop music as you were setting up for battle and moving your characters around. The constant lyric in that piece was "One step at a time" (at least, that's what it sounded like to me) which reminded me to take it easy and not use all my best attacks on one enemy.

If you are a mellow gamer and like engaging puzzles and action/suspense, then you'll love this game! If you are a hyperactive gamer that wants to get that battle over with, this is not the game for you. Oh! And by the way, thank you "Chris" for letting me play your continued file!
