Menus are annoying. You have about 4 or 5 menus to pass before you can race.
Graphics are good, I like them. Mud hangs on your car and when you hit a puddle of water bits of mud wash off your car, you will tear up the tracks too. It's nice to see tire tracks imprinted in the mud by you and the AI racers on your second and third laps.
Controls are odd and super sensitive, it'll take some getting used too.
The game isn't easy, so prepare for some "wanting to never play this game again" and some wanting to throw your controller moments.
I gave this game an 8 because it's nice to have a racing game to just pick up and play with out worrying about brakes, modifying cars, kudos, crashing and becoming a street king. This game brings back the good ol' days of "Crusing USA" for me. It did take some getting used to though. The controls are a bit overly sensitive and awkward, but once I learned the controls the game became a blast. What's frustrating about this game is you can have a car clearly faster than the AI car and for some odd reason it's out racing you. Not to mention that this game has no real strategy or skill. Once you learn the controls you don't have to think about anything but holding on to the gas and turning right on time. They'll be moments where you have to let go of the gas, but I've yet to push the brake. So for some that can be really boring.
In conclusion, if you like Arcade racing games and your hand-eye coordination is good than you will like this game. It's fun and if your bored, this will take an hour or so of your time, in a good way though.
