I'm usually a really harsh reviewer but personally I think second sight deserves a higher rating. The storyline is incredible, confusing but incredible. Also I find that many levels are absolutely non-linear infact at one point of the game I had searched for about an hour for some stereotypical way to get past a lot of enemies when really gun-and-run was the only way. In the end it really boils down to this: It's a combination of Metal Gear style game play with Timesplitters graphics topped off with a Killer7 plot. Personally I thougt it could use some improvement, however it deserves higher than a 6.6.

"Second Sight" is an involving and enjoyable third-person action game with a decent story, competent voice acting, and compelling gameplay. It controls well, whether you're using guns or psychic powers. There's a wide range of psychic powers to use, and you get to use them often. Most importantly, they're actually fun to use, and it doesn't feel like the game designers just shoehorned them in as a novelty. The whole thing feels very organic.
This game is highly under-rated. The game play is great, with multiple levels and a lot of skills to master, all wrapped up with a good storyline. If you are a fan of Timesplitters, or the Metal Gear series, then you will definitely enjoy this game. The first couple of levels work well as a trainer, however some of the higher levels could be a bit more difficult. That being said, it is not a game that you can just whip through in a couple of hours. I enjoyed this game very much, it was well done.
