Better than even Grand Theft Auto

Scarface: The World is Yours is better than Grand Theft Auto in nearly every way imaginable. The story is better, the voice-acting is better, the control is better (fighting, shooting, and driving), there is as much to do in this game, and most importantly, what you do in this game actually makes sense to the story. While stunt jumps and finding hidden packages may be fun, it makes no sense whatsoever. In Scarface: TWIY you buy and deal drugs to amass money, you clear out gangs from all the areas so you can earn more respect and take control, you take over businesses and make investments, and you buy henchman and other things in the game and it is all to earn you respect as you seek to kill the man that tried to kill you, Soze. The only things I think GTA has over Scarface is the ability to ride bikes and a better soundtrack, although the soundtrack for Scarface isn't bad by any standards and I like how you can simply choose what song to listen to at any time. The opening scene in the game is worth the price of a rental alone. You see the ending scene of the movie where Tony is trapped in his mansion and fights about 30 guys off before getting blasted by Soze, but this time you take all the guys out and you get out of there before you can take that last shotgun blast. From there you seek to rebuild your empire and attempt to get back at the man who wanted you dead. The aiming system is great in the game, allowing you to lock on to enemies and then adjust your aim to get head shots, kidney shots, and even left and right nut shots. The better the shot the more balls you get, which allows you to go on a murderous rampage, kind of like in Max Payne, when your balls meter is full. The game also treats the players more like adults in that there is certainly no limit on where the language will go and the conversations discussed. I wish I had more space to keep going, but overall, this game is well worth all the delays and is the new king in town.
