1st off let me start by saying that I gave this game a 10 because of 3 reasons:
1. I enjoy killing people online and being able to see my character rather than a set of hands and a gun.
2. I enjoy even more the ability to humiliate people by seeing my character dance over their dead body after I kill them online!
3. I enjoy most of all being able to talk all the crapola I want and hear people talk crapola with out pressing a button!
LOL! Now dont get it twisted, I know there was some problems with this game at first like server problems, glitches and yada yada yada... But SOCOM has improved it servers and became a more stable online shooter. Also, some of the glitches that enabled players to cheat have been fixed. So dont let negative reviews keep u from playing.
SOCOM or as i like 2 call it "SOCRACK" is addicting once you get use to it. The controls are customizable along with everything in the game. The graphics are spectacular and sound is as real as it gets! Plus if you have a headset you can talk all the smack you want for all to hear via 2 channels..including people without headsets(they will hear u on there t.v. sets) Gameplay is excellent..once you get use to how things work in the socom universe...Sorry no tutorial :( thats why being a noob sux!
Rent it .. play it.. and if you like it buy it! simple as that ;)
