Display in-game coordinates

On the pause menu, press the following buttons to display in-game coordinates in the lower right-hand corner of the screen:
Square, Triangle, Circle, Circle, L1, Triangle, Circle, Circle, Triangle, Square

This code works for both single player and multiplayer modes.
