I personally did not like this one. I have rock band 1 & 2 disc and love them, but this one did not really have alot of songs on it and only had like 2 good songs on it.

Almost Exactly What I Expected

This is almost exactly what I expected. A Rock Band that you should only buy or rent if you're tired of the tracks on any other Rock Band game you have. That's pretty much all there is to this game. Extra tracks.

About the Rock Band series, it is very similar to Guitar Hero, but it was the first of the two to introduce a full band mode. Though most of the Rock Band games are less exciting when it comes to customization, the games are almost exactly the same. And, just like Guitar Hero, I recommend you have at least one of the special controllers for this game ( drums, guitar, mic ) if you are going to play it.

This Rock Band is best for gamers most into modern rock, with songs like Snow (( Hey Oh )) by The Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Indestructible by Disturbed, and El Scorcho by Weezer ( which contains my favorite lyric of this game, " I'll bring the turkey if you bring the bacon, " ), but this does have classics such as Simple Man by Lynyrd Skynyrd and Call Me by Blondie. This has no sort of customization. I like the graphics, though. Multiplayer is alright, though I still like Guitar Hero multiplayer better.

So one question still remains: why did I give this a 6 out of 10? Because it's still Rock Band and it's still as much fun as ever.

I recommend this to gamers who enjoy modern rock, and anyone a big enough fan of Lynyrd Skynyrd to play this just for Simple Man. I give this 6 out of 10.
