Reader Rabbit Preschool for Wii Reviews by Gamers

The game was ok, my son who is 4 years old, got bored very quickly. Not very many learning lessons. Could use so more activities.

My 4 and 5 year old tried playing this game on the Wii (and can play other games with the Wii controller) and had a very difficult time matching the cursor to the areas that needed to be colored or selected. It proved to be very frustrating for them and difficult for me to watch. I started to play a bit to show them and also found a lot of the same difficulties they did.

For a childrens game the sensitivity seemed to be amped up quite a bit. I suggest caution to other parents who try and rent this for their little ones and warn them that they may end up playing it more than the kids. The cartoons and story was fun and they may enjoy just watching you play, but I couldn't play it long and ended up tossing in an old Super Mario Bros for them on the NES. Thaty liked that much more.
