Insomniac has show us once more that they know their stuff when they develop for Sony.
Starting with the amazing graphics and fantastic sense of humor that we expect from the series, this is by far the best R&C ever. Great game play which has not change a bit ( for good), great voice acting, and a wonderful music score that take you through the ups and downs of the story line this is a must own for the PS3.Thank you Sony for let us believed once again and give us hope to look forward to things to come
Overall an excellent showing for ratchet and clank, only true r/c fans know that you have to play the game at least twice, if not 3 times to fully complete these games. The weapons are superior, leveling up for the most part is fairly easy, and the graphics are awesome (especially if played on HDTV, 720p is the max res. though).
The only downfall to the game, is that it only took approx. 12 hours to fully complete on the first time through, and less than 6 hours on the second time through, including maxing out all weapons.
Game will be one that will played over and over again just because it is a well-developed series.
Hopefully there will be another because the ending leaves you kinda hanging,
Insomniac made a great PS3 game when it comes to Ratchet and Clank. First, let's get the criticism out of the way.
The camera control can get a little poor, just like any game. This generally happens if you're up against a wall. Other than that, I haven't really had any problems and I'm currently about half way through the game (in my estimation).
The only other thing I'll say is that some of the music is a little cheesy. This is especially true when you find the Titanium Bolts (secret items). It seems like they did it almost on purpose, making it similar to Windows 3.1 music, but it's still a little too...well done, in order to be sure.
I've read reviews which complain about the difficulty level being too easy. Yes, it's a bit easy (not incredibly so, but still a bit easy)
