My kids love this game. When asked whether they wanted to return this or "Super Mario Sunshine," they chose this. That said, I would have preferred to keep Super Mario! This is definitely a game aimed squarely at the 8-10 and under age range, not older kids and adults... although if you are older and enjoyed the movie, there's enough in the game to sustain your interest for an hour or two.
It's worth checking out if you liked the movie, or have younger kids to entertain... Otherwise skip it.
I really like this game because of the atmosphere, that you play as something so small, in such a BIG world! It's fun to just scurry around. I wish it were longer. And YES I AM 12 AND I DO LIKE THIS GAME! It is SO fun to try and avoid predators and humans. And the scent vision is fun. Overall this game is very entertaining!

My son liked it so much that we decided to keep it. He is a HUGE Pokémon Colosseum and Mario Party 7 fan. He has put those two aside and has only played Ratatouille this past week. I like it for its non-violent theme and cute characters. It also incorporates a little reading material into the game so that he is forced to read to move on. Great game!!
