Too much emphasis on "stealth"

Prototype 2 controls and plays pretty much the same as the first game, meaning I always felt like I was "floating" through the game world and nothing I did had any real weight to it, even when falling from hundreds of feet in the air. By contrast, inFamous' controls seem to pack a punch, and you feel as if you have more control over your character.
This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but you are never really allowed to just "run with" your new powers in P2 in the early game. Many of the missions require you to "stealth" Consume a target, find some info, then run away. You don't really get to be this awesomely powered "hero" you are portrayed to be. Since the early game just wasn't any fun, I never got to see if P2 had the same fun side missions where you tried to hit waypoints as fast as possible, kill a certain number of baddies in a time limit, etc.
More emphasis was placed on the boring story, and the characters made it seem like every little consumed memory was this world altering reveal, but as the player I didn't understand what was going on (or just didn't care).
Overall, Prototype still plays second fiddle to the far superior inFamous series in the land of "sand box" superhero games. Hopefully this is make it back in time so I can get The Amazing Spiderman to see how it compares.
