Okay, I've liked the work Eidos has put out in the past, including one of my all-time favorites Deus Ex. And while Project: Snowblind uses a similar setting and storyline as Deus Ex, it's a very different game. This is a pure shooter. In fact, I'm not sure why they included silenced weapons or stealth capability at all, because you can run through the whole game guns a-blazin'. And that's okay. This is a shooter after all. However, those used to the Halo control scheme will have some trouble getting used to Snowblind's controls. Luckily, they got the shooting part right. It comes fast and frequently and the game gives you a wide selection of weapons, grenades and nano augmentations to work with. The problem is that the game is over before you know it. Two nights will give you plenty of time to complete the single player, although online and offline multiplayer can extend it's life slightly. While Snowblind seems like a shooter in a sea of shooters on shooter-rich consoles, it's not a bad game and gives players something to enjoy.
