Perfect for people who don't like racing games

I've never really been a fan of racing games (except for Burnout Revenge), but after seeing some great reviews for PGR3 I decided to rent it and give it a shot.
The thing that I liked best was how it caters to racers of all skill levels. There are plenty of difficulty levels, so even if you have no previous driving experience whatsoever you should have no problem advancing through races and earning faster and prettier cars.
Even at the beginning of the game you have the oppurtunity to drive some killer vehicles. There are no Honda Civics here, you are immediately set up with top of the line cars, complete with authentic sound effects. You also have the oppurtunity to test drive all of the cars right from the beginning, so you have an idea of whether that car is right for you.
Attention to detail is one of the game's strong points. The cars themselves are painstakingly modeled off of the real thing, both inside and out. The graphics are simply superb.
The actual gameplay itself is great. Each car handles slightly differently, and some cater to certain driving styles better than others.
The only thing I have against the game is that there are only a few environments, and most of the races are similar with only slightly different routes. But the racing itself is so fun that this isn't too much of an issue.
This is one of those titles that is worth playing, even if you aren't usually interested in racing games.
