Weak! Find Sudoku and Mahjong Somewhere Else

If you judge this game by the copy on the back cover, it's awesome. If you actually play it, you'll discover that whoever wrote the copy must have been writing about a different game. The in-game instructions are horrible - for example, one of the available games is "Go," and the instructions tell you how to place pieces on the board and how to win, but they don't explain the object of the game. After 5 minutes the computer player was beating me 3-1 and I had no clue how to make a comeback.

Mahjong is OK, but there are issues there too. The board is small and doesn't take advantage of the DS's two screens. The help/zoom/hint icons are too big, and in many of the configurations, they cover a few of the tiles - so the Professor's head pops up when you really meant to select a tile.

Suduko was clunky, the Mind Bender game is lame (guess the color combination?) and the math-suduko hybrid was not explained well enough for me to play it. I'm really glad I didn't drop $20 on this game. Lame! LAME! LAME!

Really Bad

First and foremost this is nothing like the other "brain" style games for the ds. It does not track any kind of progress, but just keeps score on how fast you solved each puzzle ( which are not random, but rather fixed as you choose from puzzle 1, or 2, etc).

The "brain" title made me think it was like Big Brain Academy or or Brain Age. Sadly it is nowhere as good or fun to play. The graphics on the soduko are distracting, as is the music. If your looking for a suduko game for the DS I would recommend Brain Age 2. As a whole, the game seems slapped together and a money sink to try and catch the "brain" craze. Skim over this title. Its just very boring and not well made. I would give it a 1, but I am saving that in case I come across something worse.

Fun if you can get past the graphics

The games aren't really very challenging for adults but kids would find this to be a fun way to keep up with math skills. The main menu has an annoying graphic of what appears to be Einstein waving his arm up and down non-stop, it gets really annoying when you have to go through the main menu to pick a game to play.
