Pokemon Platinum for Nintendo DS Reviews by Gamers

I have played pokemon diamond 2 times before i played platinum. It was basically the same thing. The differences are significant. There are shadows in the Eterna Forest. Gym leaders have animations. Before the national pokedex you can see 210 pokemon instead of 150. The wi-fi is better overall. Buildings in different locations now have different style. However, if you compare D/P to Platinum then you are good with D/P. If you don't like repeating yourself or playing games over then renting this is a bit of a waste.

Okay, I bought this game right when I bought my DS and I love this game. It has a few bad parts but it is fantastic. If you like the old Pokemon games from back in the day of the original Pokemon games like Pokemon Silver, then you will like Pokemon Platinum. It is exactly like the originals, except it has differnet missions and different people, however, it does have nearly the same storyline so that kinda brings back the older style but also says "I'm not original!" at least that's what it says to me. Anyways, if you like the originals RENT or BUY this game, I promise that you will not be let down from the quality of this game.
