the new pokemon soul sliver and heart gold game's seem way to repeative is i know it's pokemon you battle every 30 steps you take well i think the people who make the gaem need to have a little lesss batlle in pokemon and add a little more exp from battles to even it out it takes for ever to battle unless action replay but still it take way to long all i waned to do was battle a little bit then challenge the gym leader not battle 22 times then challenge the leader i say OVER KILL ON THE BATTLEING i would give it a 7 but they DID some really cool things . check it out
This game is the companion to soul silver which was a good game, and so this is the other side. The quests are prettymuch the same, and the only real difference is the different types of pokemon you can catch! The order that you get the legendaries are different as well... I understand why they encourage you to buy both games, so you can contrive a means to get all of the pokemon, especially the starters... Buyt I STILL wonder just how different it would be if they made the two games into one game, and make all the starters catchable... But anyway It is just like soul silver... Try before you buy!

Pokemon Heartgold returns players to the Johto region first appearing in Pokemon Gold and Silver, this remake includes Platinum upgraded graphics, improved sound quality over previous installments and the ability to walk with your Pokemon both in and out of your game, new additions include Sinnoh evolutions and species, as well as a new exclusive scenario where you can climb atop the Tin Tower to capture Ho-Oh unlike in the original it's not optional to catch/battle/run from Ho-Oh, as well as eggs now hatching at level 1.
Old fans of Pokemon Gold and Silver will find this is a beautiful remake of a game they had loved when they were younger and new players will be able to get a taste of the two regions most elite players began with.
