Playmobil: Circus for Wii Reviews by Gamers

My 6yr old likes Playmobil & the Circus, so this should be a hit.... Wrong & i am so glad I know better and rent all Wii kids games instead of blindly shelling out $30-$50 like other parents.

It starts out in Circus Training mode & my child lost interest after the very first event. There's initially a total of 8 to choose from & i dont know if that increases as you progress or not.

So you pick an event & your only choice is Easy, with Expert being locked.

Here's a summary of what these events are (from memory, since I've already mailed this game back)

1-Monkey Puppet- a monkey is on stage & there's a meter over it tellin you what buttons & motions you need to do. So you may have to hit the A button, you may have to shake the remote, etc.

2-Band leader - similar to the above where you have to match the movements it shows you

3-Lion lollipop - you put a sucker in a lions mouth while he trys to guess what it is. There are 3 "thought bubbles" over his head & you need tp remove the sucker just before all 3 match

4-cow tossing - you move a trampoline & flick the remote up to launch the cow in the air. If you send him high enough, you can trace a dot pattern which will let him do tricks in the air. Either way you have to move trampoline to try to catch him on the way down & flip him up again

5-sawing - you are working one side of a 2 man saw & are suppose to minic that rhythm to cut thru a magicians assistant. After a while, saw gets too hot & you have to make a circular motion witn nunchuck to fan it off. Worse game ever

6- See saw chicken flop - So, your an elephant on one side of a See Saw & chickens are parading in a circle in front of the other end of the see saw. When a chicken gets close, you are to launch him in the air & into the middle of the circle, with the goal being to see how high you can make a tower stack of chickens.

Anyway, this is a very poorly done game & am very mad I put it in our Q & wasted a rental
