I love the concept of making what is essentially a bank robbing simulator into a video game. It was pretty fun to rob jewelry stores and banks...for a while. Even with low-difficulty heists, it seemed impossible to successfully rip off a bank without alerting authorities and suddenly start playing an FPS. Either it's a little to difficult, or the game is unbalanced in the beginning. On top of that, it takes much too long to accumulate enough money to buy decent equipment and upgrades, at least when you're starting out. The game also doesn't work fairly with offline play, so gamers such as myself who don't have a good internet connection for gaming online are out of luck. You'll get two NPC henchmen to help you fend off cops, but they don't do anything to help lug the stolen goods into the van and have poor accuracy. It's a wonderful concept, and can be entertaining. Just don't get it if you don't play online.

Overall I gave this game an 8 for all the fun I had while playing it. If your looking for GTA, or Saint's row it's not like that. I wouldn't even compare those games to this it's in a class of it's own a bank robbing shooter. You play as one of 4 classes which have their own perks per heist. At no point during the game did it feel that one person was running the show EVERYONE was important. This is probably one my favorite things I loved about the game. If you've played the first title in the series then get ready for more fun, more customization, and most of all more masks and 30 heists which kept me on my toes.
Pros- New Heists, More customization, Polished guns controls and A.I(if you play offline), Tons of masks to make your character unique.
Con- While this game was fun I think the only thing that bugged me was at times I'd disconnect randomly from a co-op session other than that perfect

Payday 2 is a great shooter, just...not on console.
This is an obvious port, and a poorly made one at that. Constant slow downs, crashes, and connection issues. The game is playable, but just barely. I'd love to be able to tell you to rent or buy this, but its not worth it. Right now i would advise anyone interested in Payday 2 to buy the PC version, or wait for all these issues to be fixed (if they ever are).
