Great game with poor camera

Let me start by saying if you are a fan of rpgs or evil, this game is definitely for you. It is a very well made game with great graphics, a passable story line, and unique/fun game play. There are a variety of strange creatures you encounter along the way. and a variety of strange ways to dispatch of them. There are really only two things i've seen that could be improved on. One is the fact that your overlord is not very customizable, you can only alter his equipment.. there is no leveling up or stat management beyond what you can do with his equipment. That isn't really a problem, just an annoyance. The thing that really seems to hold this game back is its funky camera. The auto-camera is poor at best, and the controls to use the camera manually take some getting used to. And even once your fairly good at it, it will take valuable seconds to work it, extremely valuable seconds in multiplayer. Also, on the subject of multiplayer, this could have been really fun except that its only 2 players, and whoever is losing usually doesn't finish the game, its 10 minute rounds for ranked, so i can see why they give up. Despite its few flaws it is a supremely enjoyable game and i recommend it to anyone who likes video games, but especially people who like evil! :)

Very Good

Fable, Pikmin, and more

This game has very impressive graphics, the environments are very pretty, as for the sound on this game it isn't annoying which means it is fine. I personally felt the controls in this game were somewhat hard to get used to since you control your minions with the R stick which I am so used to having the camera tagged to.

This game is defiantly a fun game with plenty of humor, however it does have some bugs most notably the large number of times my minions would get stuck on the wrong path and then not be bale to get back to me it was very frustrating.

All and all this game is truly worth your time if you are a fan of either pikmin, Fable, or RTS games. If you are unsure there is a great demo of it on XBl you can try.

A world with mayhem and chaos... FINNALY!

A twisted fantasy world where you play the polar opposite of King Author; whats not to like? Destroy; wreck; maim; enslave… I mean come on, its like a walk in the beach with one heck of a bloody-marry in your clutches.

Story: You play as an evil knight who got a huge break when a band of evil minions miss took you as their reincarnated master, sound good yet? You travel through a fairy-tale world that’s completely deranged, kinda like the stories our parents once read to us… yet… not. Mainly because if they read us stories of knights who had evil minions that went around slaying blood-drinking unicorns and the insane half-lings as a child as well as making the villagers lives that much less meaningful, well, I’ll leave it to your imagination.

Mechanics: all seems well in the graphics department with a colorful environment and vary amusing voiceovers; though in a world filled with happiness there will always be a shadow of disappointment: your character is kinda limited in what he can and can not do, its vary VARY easy to become lost or lose your goal, building up your castel is too fast, and although your minions are more amusing than watching old Jake Chan films while a bit tipsy they become a bit to repetitive.

In the end this game is actually vary fun and funny, but I’m not so sure id recamend it to be bought; but than again, isn’t that why we have Gamefly?

I rate this a 7 out of 10... great idea... too quickly released.
