Well not to bad. About what I came to know of the game base on the last overlord game I play. Once I was done with the game it left me asking what happen to the rest of the game. Just wish there was more in the game and not so hard to move your guys around. It help to kill some time.
Overlord is a great game for the Wii. One of the best I've gotten from Gamefly. But the minions are dumb. The not smart kind of dumb. The sweeping doesn't work as well as it should. The deal was supposed to be that you can sweep your minions over anything and they will destroy everything destructable in their path. Its more like they'll destroy about half the things they're sweapt over. And then, they barely pick up anything that will benefit you (health, magic potion) they usually only pick up stuff for themselves (hats, swords, etc.). So the best thing to do is to just break the stuff yourself. The graphics are great though and the gameplay is really fun. Other than the stuff about the minions the game is pretty much perfect. Oh yeah, the other people in the game like to repeat what they say a lot, A LOT!You can purchase armor for yourself and your minions with the gold you collect, weapons such as swords and axes are purchasable as well.DEFINITELY RENT!
DEFINITELY RENT! (that's just for you people who like to check the reviews to see if you should rent the game or not)

The game is fun. I have to admit though that I don't enjoy the camera view. At times it can be very frusterating.
The game concept is a cross between Little Kings Story and Pikmin. Take your minions on an adventure. You'll need different colored minions for different tasks. Overall, fun to play. The things the minions say is cute to say the least. "For you!" "For the master!"
This is one of those games that I feel you should give a chance. I think you'll like it if you do.
