Although I beat this game in three straight hours, it kept my attention the entire time. There were tons of dialogue to read, but if you keep pressing the A button, you can skip right through these. At the end of the cut scene just before you play it gives you your objective, so the story line isn't all that needed.
Some of the upper levels were hard for my 8 year old to master, but she still had a great time with it. The multiplayer is pretty decent, but just going over the fun missions of shooting hunters with porcupines being launched from a bra that is strapped to a mooses head is quite entertaining. Lots of comedy and great involvement.
One of best kids games around. Far better than Ice Age 2 and Cars.
This one is definately a rental though, it gets old after a while.
