Nothing Short of Perfection

When OKAMI was released, I heard nothing about it, and therefore skipped playing it. But after renting it from a game store, I found out just what made OKAMI, well, OKAMI.
The painting to adjust the world is amazing, and the amount of work put into the brush gods told me how much Clover and Capcom put into making this game.
The story is amazing and many of the characters are famous figures from Japanese myth, such as Susano, Yami, and the brush gods who are worshiped as gods of tools and symbols in reality.
I could only see a few flaws in the game though; for one, I wish that Rejuvenation could have been used a little more often. But I didn't really mind, since said technique is rarely needed, and plays the biggest role in the final battle against Yami.
Overall, if you are looking for a game with beautiful graphics, an amazing story and memorable characters, OKAMI is definetly for you. Don't hesitate on renting this, I swear you won't regret it.
