This game is okay at first especcially if you ike get a new ds and get it at same time b/c it really opens up the feautres of the ds but in about three hours youre getting bored because all your doing is pretty much saying 30 times a minute until the dog understands what you want to train it to do.Definetly good for a rent but mark my words dont get P oed if you buy it after you read this review
Can you tell if this game is good just by looking at the screenshots?...I can but I dont know if you can its an amazing game I pretend they are like real dogs. For the most part they are, allthough they do get in to fights a lot. I go to bark mode with my sis and tell her I'll bring something fancy if she does and I take her fancy thing. Mean don't you think ok forget that for the most part if you got like 30$ laying around BUY IT!!!
I received Nintendogs last week and to be quite honest i only played it for about 2 hours. What stood out the most was the voice recognition. I was amazed that i could talk to the game and it would respond to me, and that i could teach it new commands. I also really liked the ways the dogs react when you pet them. As an owner of several dogs i thought it was pretty realistic. I also liked when you play with them, they act almost as a real dog does. After i got over these amazing features, the reality of the game set in. Training the dogs i found to be tedious as i had to repeat the commands over and over and over again. I found this very annoying. The dogs will also act as dumb as a real dog at times. I have to give Nintendo a hand for creating a very different and new genre, and the game is very creative in its design. Nintendogs makes great use of all the features that the DS has to offer. After about an hour of play time it started to get old. I give it a 6 out of 10
