I love the design and the format. Very easy to follow. Many choices as far a yoga master, workout types etc. Not great for really overweight people (like myself) but I would recommend it use the same. I will definitely rent again once I lose some weight.

This is for reallly advanced people. I am a beginner and was very lost and frustrated. I thought it might have different levels but felt lost most of the time.

I have lower back pain and the routine for that on here actually works in helping with that. The workouts arent too short or too long. I would recomend this game! I like how it grades your results and keeps track of your scores giving you something to shoot for when using this game.
