King David leaves behind an audiotape, a poetic eulogy chronicling the exploits leading up to his final days. The tape reveals an almost prophetic insight as King David spins his tale of violence and its consequences, knowing he'll be doomed by his actions. Goines penned his first two books in prison. He crafted 16 more in the four years following his release before falling to a bullet in 1974.
