Great Visuals, Bad Game Play

Having been a gamer racer all my life, I will always try a NFS title regardless of what I see on the reviews. Having said that, many of the negative reviews are correct on this game. EA continues to focus on quantity instead of quality of games and it shows for NFS MW. All the cars and the environments looks great, however, they are not well enough to notice the giant holes in game play. Every informative negative review commented on the fact that this game really needed a story to follow. I definitely agree that this would have made a huge improvement on pulling you in to the game's universe. Also, there is no customizations in this game, only power ups. Power ups such as "Aero Body" which helps with the control of your car changes nothing about the way your car looks. Even a little wing in the back of the car would of helped me feel like I actually did something when I selected this option. The game is no where near simulation. I mean its so far from a sim that I completely drove like a blind person when I got back on my Forza 4. Overall I played this game for 3 days maybe one or two hours each and decided that it was too repetitive. Not a complete waste of time but true racers will not enjoy this experience.
