this was a well rated game, so i wasnt expecting to hate it this much. but i am extremely dissapointed.
i absolutely cannot stand this game.
for starters: during cut-scenes or menus, txt comes on screen accompanied with very high-pitched beeps. these beeps were very unpleasant and always made me wince in pain. this alone was a deal-breaker for me, but it got worse: the car handling feels really off. its hard to describe, but its like the car never can lose traction, so when doing any steering sharper than the really shallow curves you are supposed to use the handbrake to drift. however this drifting makes it look like the car is in the middle of a turntable, and controlling it makes no sense to any veteran of racing games.
also the soundtrack sucks.
