This is strictly a quiz/puzzle game, nothing more. So no need to hammer down a simple game. If you don't like puzzle or quiz type games then don't play or review them.

Any who, the first thing that bugged me was the cover. It says "Wild Life" which you would think would be a lot of questions about animals not to mention all the animals on the cover. I just started quest mode and the first 5 areas I completed have nothing to do with animals. (Mountains/Atmosphere/Desert/Canyons/Oceans/etc.) So far its just a challenge on National Geographic in general which is fine it just seems misleading to me.

Each area has 10 questions and/or puzzles to solve. You need at least 7 correct answers to pass. The good thing is that the same questions are asked for the topic so play it over and over so you should be able to get 10 for 10 easily but test your knowledge and see what you really know. There are also different difficulties between easy and hard questions for the same topic but you can complete any section with on any difficulty.

There are also a variety of different puzzles to play. Mostly picture puzzles. Jigsaw, sliders and squared which is like jigsaw only squares. I think these are really fun to play if you like picture puzzles.

The narrator can get a little dull. During the video cutscenes its fine, the videos give a little info on the section your about to do. But every time you get a question right or wrong he just has a bunch of one liners (no, wrong, Um, let me think, um, wrong) It gets annoying pretty quick same goes for the correct answers.

Its a fun party game with friends and the game add a few more features when you have more than one player playing like the 80 question challenge. The person with the highest sore wins. Plus you can play online and not just locally.

I was just really hoping it would have more questions on animals if not the whole game on animals which the cover makes you believe. If you like quiz/puzzle games give it a try!

This is extremely boring, and hard shouldn't be called hard. It is literally impossible. How do you know how long a piranha is?!?

While I am a huge fan of the Nat Geo Channel, I thought this game would be sort of cool...I was completely wrong. While this game is a good change from the shooter type games, I found the puzzles in the game can get sort of boring after a while and while the questions on the quiz mode can be challenging at first, there are not very many questions and there is alot of repetition which makes the quiz mode boring and very dull after a while. I suggest that people rent this game only!
