NHL FaceOff 2001combines slick, smooth gameplay with state-of-the-art graphics to bring you one of the top hockey games of 2001. Perfect your skills in the new practice mode, working on passing, checking, stealing, and scoring. The new Shoot Out mode allows you to test the skills of the NHL's top goalies while the new Tournament mode allows you to compete internationally for a world championship title. New Line Manager mode lets you choose from 12 different offense and defense strategies, and as a General Manager you can build and train your own personal team. You can also face off against legendary players like Gordie Howe, Phil Esposito, and Bobby Hull.
