Love it, love it, love it. The hitting system is better than ever. No more being knocked down on a really cheap hit. Sometimes when you charge someone and hit them on the boards, you end up falling down and the other guy goes scott free. Found that pretty funny. Only downside of renting it from here is not having the online pass code and really the only reason I got NHL 12 was so I could play EASHL with my friend who's buying it in a week or so.

I enjoy the game execpt for a few reasons. When I started my season play, I simulated the days off in between every game. When I got to the 2nd week of the season and simulated the off days, the game froze on me. The same thing happened when I started in Frachise Mode. The only time it didn't happen was when played Be A Pro mode. All in all, the in-game experience is great and my rating would be higher if the game wouldn't keep freezing on me.

I for one, am a major hockey fan (LETS GO CAPS!) so i HAVE to have every single NHL game that comes out every year. NHL 11 actually didn't please me much because i wasn't very familiar with the chance in controls, but NHL 12 was okay i guess.

Controls/Graphics: GRAPHICS ARE AMAZING! Haha, really they are awesome. I didn't see any glitches or framenate issues, so a 10 for graphics! Controls are awkward at first if your not used to that type of control scheme, but this game had an easy learning curve.

Awesome game. Definitly check out if your a hockey/sports fan. And if your a Caps fan... please put LETS GO CAPS on your review to show support :D
