I think they should call this game nhl 94. The reason why is because they have an emulator built in that lets you play the retro 94 game, which was the best hockey game of all time. As far as the 06 part, well lets just say power on nhl 2000-2006, try to pick out which one this game is. THERE ALL THE SAME BASICALLY!!!!!! Go get a pc with a descent graphics card, and buy like nhl 03. Whenever a new year rolls around, dont buy a new game but update the schedules, its that easy.
