NCAA Football 10 has pretty much nailed the genre to a point where i dont know how they will improve on it next year.
The game play is excellent. The games are played in authentic stadiums with the actual chants you would here in those stadiums blaring at you. As a Penn Stater I was floored by the cool factor of hearing "We ARE.......PENN STATE" coming from the stands as i hit the line of scrimmage. The years of refinement of the game mechanics has payed off with a smooth and realistic gaming experience.
The bells and whistles are endless. Dynasty mode is super in depth with hard core recruiting. Road to Glory mode lets you begin as a high schooler in the state playoffs being recruited and follows your career through college and then the pros if you download your player to Madden. And the granddaddy of them all....Teambuilder. This mode allows you to create your own team from scratch...from hometown, to mascot, to stadium.
Something new this year...If your PS3 is connected to the internet, you automatically log into a website that encourages you to compete against players all across the nation for your favorite school. You get points for playing games against the computer or online against other people. You can even go to the EAsports site and get points by answering trivia questions. All and all it totally grabs that school spirit you have buried and yanks it out. You cant help but kick on 4th and 2 do gain those extra sportsmanship points for your school...
Yes.... they give you points for your chosen school during games for not running up the score and playing nice. Maybe you dont care.....I know i couldnt throw PSU under the bus for an extra touchdown in a 56 - 0 game.
Overall, its a tidal wave of college football experiences in a box. You are immersed in the sights and sounds of your favorite school from the second the game starts...its great fun from the opening kickoff to the final whistle...but in NCAA 10 thats only the beginning.
A lot better than NCAA footbakk games in the past.

Pro, this game plays a lot better than the others in the past. All features seem to work. Graphics are a lot better. Game play is the best ever. Don't have a problem with the robo QB and the computer D is not as hard as it was last year.
Cons, Guess it would have to be all the extra DLC that you need to buy to make the game even more fun. Looking at around $22.49 or so extra.
