Causes 360 to click and lock up...

NCAA 07 and NCAA 08 are the only two games for the 360 that always crash the system. I cannot get through an entire game without the system clicking and the disc is dirty error.
I have played three different NCAA 08 discs in my system and got the same results each time. It is the only game that does this, I'm beginning to belive it is a game flaw and not the system as I first thought.
