A Good Football Fix

This is my first time buying an NCAA game, I have borrowed and rented a couple in the past but this year I went all out, and I am glad I did.
Graphics are solid. The play models look nice, not to mention the detail in the stadiums. Even the generic stadiums look amazing.
The sound is pretty decent, the fans cheer appropriately. Corso and the crew can get a little old but not enough to make you want to mute them. Nice field sounds as well.
Game play is where some people are divided. I think the game play is outstanding, receivers don't have bricks for hands, DBs actually try, the computer's LBs and DBs don't do superman jumps, all in all it is pretty good. Though some people say it just doesn't feel right to them.
Some things that nagged at me about not being in the game are, you can't edit equipment, no refs, no chain gangs, no field goal nets. All small stuff, but they all add realism to the game.
All in all it comes down to the fact if you want the "fluff" or Dynasty and online play can please you. The 360 doesn't have the fluff of current gen but all it does have is done well.
