NBA Live 07 for Xbox 360 Reviews by Gamers

Ok I understand that there are some bad things about this game I especially notice them when I'm in a tough game and my opponent gets a bull s!#$ goal,but what you have to realize is it is still a good game. I'll make a pro con chart to explain my contentions

Cons-
-Online connection is not very strong. Many games I'm lagged out on and I get a loss and a DNF for that (friends have same problem)

-Achievments are very dumb. They basically have nothing to do with how well you play.

-One acheivment everyone is rantiong about is the 1000 people online acheivment worth 100 points. (no one in the world has it)

-Their aren't alot of game modes in it. I would hate the game if I dind't have Live.

-Not much roster updates. (AI was on the 76ers until mid January)

-They took out many of the playmaker types mainly the defensive ones (like 3 point defender)

-Gameplay isn't that strong. Jumpshots never fall,and dunks and lay ups are missed way to much.

-I'm still waiting for the skill chalenge to be apart of the allstar weekend but not in this one.

-Dunk Contest is the same it's been since 05

-Gilbert Arenas is only an 83 as of mid February.

Pros-
-Amazing graphics very realistic

-Espn feature is amazing. (you can have espn radio, and even sportscenter clips.)

-You can practice while game is loading.

-Free throw shooting is very realistic.

-Many online game modes.

Conclusion- All in all I think it's a great game. Personally I think it's better than 2K7 many people disagree though. If you're a basketball fan I feel you should buy this game it's very cheap and is alot of fun. I listed more cons than pros but my cons are much more minor that's why it received a 7. It's not great but it's good.

this game is ok, graphics are really nice,
gameplay isn't so great, create a player is awsome, alot of stuff to do.
online is fun but not alot of people play it, so it's hard to get a game.
but it's just an ok game.
