Seriously, get a fast guard, go to the top of the key, run to the right side of the court, make a cut to the basket, easy lay-up. EVERY TIME!
Don't even get me started on the free throw mechanics. Using the sticks to shoot is a great idea, just not done very well. I seriously loose games on-line because I'll get fouled in the 4th qtr and my 10-12 point lead will go away. I've returned the favor and won a few games like that as well.
Just like madden, the game looks great, but plays horrible. If you like big sweaty beautifully rendered men, this game is for you. If you want a descent B-ball sim, get 2k7.
