Its hard to find enough words to describe how horrible this game is...
Player controls are extremely unresponsive, slow, and unplayable. Playing defense is impossible. The CPU is pretty much always a second or two ahead of you. Players will miss layups and easy buckets that a small child could make consistently in real life. Forget about dunking the ball. It wont happen.
I played the career mode and it was practically the same as NBA2k12, which was also a colossal failure. Your player is horrible, and it takes an eternity to even earn enough "skill points" to upgrade your players skill, and it still wont help you. Gameplay seems like your player is mentally challenged and is wearing cement shoes. Oh, and to top it off, after every game you get to do the post game interviews and your responses make you sound like a complete moron.
This is what happens when you have the only NBA game out in the market. You get a garbage game that is the same as last years garbage game with a few cosmetic upgrades. Its the same with Madden. No competition leads to poor development of video games. I seriously dont think they cared to make this game playable, and it shows.
Until somebody makes a playable basketball game, Im gonna switch back to my XboX original and play NBA LIVE 2003.
