Same game different year

This game is a disappointment. While playing it I realized it was the same game I was playing last year. The same gameplay, the same controls, the only difference is the roster change and the new menu which btw is annoying, stupid, and confusing. Plus the AI is horrible, i actually got to a point in the game where I passed the ball to a teammate and he just stood there and let the ball hit his knees and roll on the ground in front of him until the defense stole it. IDK if that was a glitch or a feature but its a horrible and pointless one. If your planning on getting this game because of its major changes from last years game, DONT. If your planning on getting this game because you don't have 2K9 and want to play your friends who bought this game go ahead.
P.S I returned this game hours after I got it because of how lame and similar to last years game was.
P.S.S The last good NBA game was in my opinion NBA Live 2005
