NASCAR 08 for PlayStation 3 Reviews by Gamers

This game was so disappointing.... Graphics are good sound is decent. Controlling the car is difficult to say the least. The AI is absolutely pitiful. EA really wanted to impress gamers with the crash sequences and failed horribly. Sure they look good but they are totally unrealistic. I've flipped my car several times coming off of turns at tracks like martinsville. I would imagine it would be hard to flip a nascar going 75MPH.

One time while in the pits cars were wrecking in the pits. All 42 other cars were sideways and inside each other on pit road. That gives the game a very cheap, unfinished filling. Tons of graphical errors such as this just make this game pitiful. Fun for a few days. Rent.

the single player mode is okay, but you have to have a very steady hand to control the vehicle. the online play is horrible. i've tried at least thirty times to get into a game but all it says is "connecting to host". the only reason this game is horrible is because EA has no other competitors in the Nascar field so they slack off.
