Beautiful, but....

Gorgeous steampunk environments to explore BUT with a few caveats:

1. Although I'm fairly smart, I found this game extremely frustrating without a cheat-sheet on hand.

2. Central to the story line is a grizzled "Dog the Bounty Hunter" type with a chip on his shoulder, who periodically interrupts the game to nag you with the mercilessness of a bitter mother-in-law.

3. Take copious notes. Because electronic games are no fun without paper and pencil.

Sure the game play is a little slow but if you like puzzle or "thinking" games this is for you. It has a good storyline and I had fun playing it.
But I suggest that you play the original two games
for the PC, you'll better understand the storyline.

If you like watching paint dry or snail racing, then you have to check this game out. Don't get me wrong the story line is great and the visual graphics are beautiful. But the game is a glorified picture show, the game play is slow and annoying. There is no running, jumping, fighting just point the cursor, click and your closer to where you want to go. Which takes forever! I did not get too far in the game, I eventually had to fall asleep. So I couldn't tell you what the game has to offer in means of story development. Personally, I was getting tired and frustrated with the game and before it turned into a frisbee I returned it GameFly. (Which is the best idea for game rental ever.)
Rent this game at your own risk.
