This is a great game for anyone who wants to get into shape but can't afford a gym. The game keeps you on course with your own personal goal and rewards you for keeping up with it. The exercises are easy to do and even if there is some confusion, the 3d model demonstrates it nicely. There are different areas for you to work on such as flexibility, core, and lower body. You can workout as many times a day as you like. At the end of a certain amount of workouts, you complete a physical challenge which shows you where you are at now compared to before. Then the game adjusts the difficulty based on this new data. You can also change the difficulty manually so that you are not straining to keep up or getting bored from not being challenged enough. The only real problem that I had with the game (which isn't really significant) is the lack of music choices and workout areas. This game is for people of all ages and sizes. You can also get the family together and do a group workout. So I reccommend this game to everybody. I also reccommend that you buy it.

I got My Fitness Coach about a week ago and I have really enjoyed using the game. I love the fact that I can choose how long a workout I do, between 15 and 75 minutes, and that the workouts are intense enough to get me sweating within the first few minutes and leave me feeling sore but great afterward.
I think the only thing I don't really care for is after each workout the game tells you how many calories you've burned. I do the entire workout no breaks and I put up an extreme effort to do well and yet it says I only burn about 40 calories for the a 15 minute exercise and 140 calories for the 30 minute exercise. I feel this is incorrect but really it's not a huge black mark agaisnt the game.
All in all it's a really great game that is perfect for people who can't afford to go to a gym or don't have a lot of time to devote to a full hour long workout.
I like this game, great if you're looking for a workout that similar to being at a gym. And if you can't make out a move click on the tutorial and it will help you out. I like to use it before I use the wii fit.
