I will say one good thing about this game it did work out my abs but that's about it...first you start off this game having to input all kinds of crazy things about yourself. Like measure your bicep, waist, hips, and the like. Now I mean off course I just happen to keep a tape measure right by myself all the time...What was Nintendo thinking? So after doing all this then you need to find your heartbeat resting, and then again after being active for a couple of minutes. Which I understand could be useful...but by the time I actually got to the game I was all ready bored with it. So the time comes where you are going to actually do your own routine that the have made to target what ever specific area you've decided to work on and your like all right now comes the fun...right...right? Not hardly I felt like I was watching one of those really bad 80's workout videos, and after about 15 minutes turned it off. If you want a real workout stick to Wii Fit...Normally I'd say rent it...beat it...and send it back when I give something this kind of rating, but I think the best thing I can say about this is don't bother...go for a run around your block you'd get more exercise out of that.

The game was boring and a waste of time. The only reason I didnt return it within the first few days was because i thought it might get better. It Didn't. Worst game I've evvvvvvvvvver rented. I want to give it a -1000000000000000000000000000000000000000.

I can't even consider this a game but more of a program that you load up. A game have objective in which to some point you end. But in this you punch your birthday,height,weight, bicep length and etc length. Ask you have equipment like heart rate monitor and others. Some may but the target group for wii my not. This program is for people want to be in a workout video like billy whatever his face was. Music is corny and no original songs I could tell.(maybe some eighties song that I just don't know about but realize I young. so you work for 15 ,30,45, 1 hour. and you can set goal for your cardio, flex and many more. To be honest none this got to me as I fit lad right now and by wii fit I 'm only 8 lbs overweight . The work can reach from easy pace to just crazy fast ( i hope god no old person gets there hands on this, may break a leg). The works are good but you look fool while doing since you have no clue. Like what is v step? so you spend some time on each move to learn them. That you may have nice even workout. But in the end result rent or pay for just a work trainer. Honestly a good walk or jog or something can help people. But take everything here with a grain of salt.
