Maya will demonstrate exercises, give advice, and keep you pumped up with pep talks. The Coach tracks your progress and lets you choose from nine environments and four types of music.

My wife received this game from her wish list and she loves it. You start the game by entering in your height, weight, body measurements and performance on some athletic challenges.
