First off I need to say that (especially) on the Vita, this game is beautiful--the artwork is just awe inspiring.
The gamefly is fast paced and looks really cool if you don't think about the fact that you're only pressing a single button repeatedly to attack.
Definitely a fun game--but the story is very dry and the audio is in Japanese only. If you don't mind that, the game is worth it on those levels.
As far as the trophy gathering goes, it can be a pain in the butt once you go for Fury mode. If you play your cards right though, most of the game is easy breezy. So go for it!
(If you add me mention GameFly in the message)

Pretty awesome game. Same as the Wii version but looks really slick on the Vita. I wish they used more of the Vita's controls. For those who don't know, this is an adventure/rpg/platformer/slash-em-up type game. Combat is mostly button smash with the occasional combo (or at least how I play it) and the character levels up allowing better swords to be used (all with their own abilities). Two stories so twice as much gameplay also including the harder difficulty unlocked after completion (and I'm not sure yet but more swords/missions should be unlocked after both stories are completed; I'm almost there). Probably the best game on the Vita as of yet and purely single-player so the perfect game to rent. I recommend looking at the Wii version's reviews to get a little more input as well.
