Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe for Xbox 360 Reviews by Gamers

Bad controls + bad character balance + bad storyline = bad game. Give this one a definite miss. The game devolves into mindless button mashing 5 minutes in, and the addition of shallow and repetitive storylines for the MK and DC sides only serve to highlight how worthless this game really is. Most of the matchups are contrived and random, and extra special credit goes to a late-story monologue in place of actual action, as if the writers threw up their hands in despair and said "screw it." As is typical of Mortal Kombat, the final boss is impossible to kill on the easiest difficulty level, using cheap combo after cheap combo and using AI telepathy in place of good strategy or well thought-out gameplay. Nearly as good as E.T. for the Atari 2600.
