Game Description
When two worlds collide and powerful forces meet, Kombat is inevitable! A shift in the universe has brought Scorpion, Sub-Zero, and the others from the Mortal Kombat world face to face with Superman, Batman, and the rest of the DC Universe. All must fight to eventually destroy the evil threatening to end the world. Each character has their own unique moves and combos, making for matchups never before seen in the world of Mortal Kombat. Try your hand at Freefall Kombat or Klose Kombat, or uncover the whole story from the perspective of each of the characters in Story Mode. Finally, we get to find out: what would happen if Sub-Zero fought Batman?

There are a lot of things I never expect to see in my lifetime. I don't expect to see the Chicago Bears win three Superbowls in a row; I don't expect to see Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo get behind one end-all, be-all system; and I don't expect to see hoverboards (no matter how badly I want them). I was a huge skeptic of this game at first, MK VS DC, it was like combining toothpaste with orange juice...."Ugh"! But Midway pulled it off.
